We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Inclusion – Club – Hub is owned and managed by Activity Alliance who are committed to respecting your privacy. We are the English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) operating as Activity Alliance. Our registered address is SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, LE11 3QF. Registered company no 03627630.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee our compliance with data protection laws as we are not required to do so, but our Deputy Chief Executive is our Data Protection Lead and has overall responsibility for data protection compliance.
